Original recipe yields 4 pizzas
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Stir in brown sugar and salt. Cook one additional minute; remove from heat.
- Combine peanut butter and pesto in small bowl. Place flatbreads on large baking sheet. Spread 3 tablespoons peanut butter mixture on each flatbread. Top with sausage, onions and cheese.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil. Cut each pizza into 8 slices before serving.
