“No-bake cookies made without cocoa or milk. Made all in one pan, easy to double or cut in half. Warning! These are addicting.” - by Plaidipus

Original recipe yields 30 servings

Directions

  1. Line an 8-inch baking dish with aluminum foil.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir sugar, vanilla extract, and salt into the melted butter; bring to a boil and cook and stir until the sugar dissolves, about 1 minute.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; add the peanut butter and chocolate-hazelnut spread. Cook and stir until smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the oats; stir to coat evenly. Dump the mixture into the prepared baking dish; spread into an even layer using a spatula or spoon.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool completely, at least 30 minutes. Remove from baking dish, lifting by the foil. Cut into bars to serve.

"These taste amazing and are so easy to make, but don't forget to look at the nutritional information. One pan of these bars contains 6,000 calories. Delicious in small quantities...." See more"

"The flavor was great, though I couldn't taste the Nutella very well over the flavor of the peanut butter. I'm not sure it's worth the expense of the Nutella, since its hard to discern. I may just mak..." See moree my old tried and true no-bake cookies from now on, which are inexpensive and fool-proof. Be sure to check that the sugar is completely dissolved. My first batch came out very grainy and no one would eat them, though I cooked them according to the recipe times."
