Directions
- Heat shortening in large skillet over medium heat. Add corn and stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Stir in paprika, salt, cayenne pepper and pepper. Remove from heat. Just before serving stir in cilantro, lime juice and lime peel. Top with cheese.
