Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large loaf pan.
  2. Mix tuna, cream of chicken soup, milk, cracker crumbs, bread crumbs, onion, egg, and black pepper until thoroughly combined and spoon the mixture into the prepared bread pan. Smooth top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.

I like the concept of this recipe, but it didn't turn out for me. Too much liquid, and it needs twice as long in the oven (or longer) than the recipe states (25 mins). I will definitely try this again, just tweak it a bit. Thanks for the new idea!

This recipe was excellent. I changed a few things. I also added some breadcrumbs and used cream of mushroom soup. I topped it with a small amount of shredded Swiss cheese and some crumpled chips
