Nana Anna

A quick and easy delicious aromatic mayo. I use it on feta chicken burgers served with grilled zucchini, peppers, and onions in pita bread. It went fast the first time I made it, so double up recipe, just in case, and you can have leftovers to refrigerate! It can be served immediately, but I like to let it blend in the fridge for a couple of hours.

1 flour tortillas- .25, a sprig of cilantro- .05, 1 egg - .25, 1/4 c of cheese- .50, 2 slices of bacon- .75, Spicy Mayo to complete my breakfast for dinner? PRICELESS!!

As always, the garlic is adjustable to taste but don't overload as you don't want to lose the fragrance of the cumin and other ingredients......
