Directions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the beef, processed cheese sauce, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the slices of cocktail rye.
  4. Place the slices on a large baking sheet, and broil 5 minutes, or until the cheese sauce is melted.

Tates great, but dosen't look very appetizing. Maybe extra cheese should be added to the top.
