Original recipe yields 12 meat loaves
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Add hot water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until moistened. Add meat, cheese and onions; mix well.
- Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 min. or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with combined barbecue sauce and sugar for the last 10 min.

The Stove Top I used was Savory ..." See moreHerbs and I used Sweet Baby Ray's barbeque sauce because that was what I had on hand. Though this meatloaf kept it's shape and was moist, it needs a little more "oomph". My husband and kids all told me they thought barbeque sauce inside the meatloaf would have been better instead of water. Next time I make this, I'll play with the recipe a bit."
