This recipe is really good. I was looking for a recipe to use the black beans I had in my pantry. Glad I choose this one. I will be making this one again. I made it exactly as written, except I used white rice. Thanks for the new addition to my recipe folder.

Very good! I added some garlic powder, and topped with avocados and sour cream. I will definitely make this again.

this recipe is a good base for u to make it into your own. i substitute parmesan cheese for 1 package of mexican blend shredded cheese. i mixed all ingredients in a bowl and then added to a 9x13 pan. added mozzarella and mexican blend chesse to the top and baked it. added sliced tomatoes to the top and served hot
