  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Press pie crust pastry into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Combine crushed pineapple, sugar, coconut, margarine, eggs, and flour in a bowl; mix with a fork until well blended. Pour into pie crust pastry.
  4. Bake pie in the preheated oven until the middle is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.

Should bake in deep dish pie crust, I'm glad I put it on top of a foil lined cookie sheet. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it's going to be good:)

Wow, this is my most favorite pie ever!! I made my own crust for it and followed the recipe exactly (except I used half unsweetened and half sweetened coconut) and it turned out amazing!! It's not as sweet as I was expecting, just perfect! This recipe would make great tarts too!

I make this frequently. It goes fast at bake sakes. A deep dish pie crust is definitely needed
