Original recipe yields 3 cups

Directions

  1. Whisk sour cream, sweetener, apple cider vinegar, and ranch dressing mix in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Toss green apples, shredded cabbage, and green onions in a salad bowl and pour dressing over the slaw; toss to coat. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill at least 20 minutes or up to 4 hours before serving.

This didn't do anything for us at all. Between the onion and the ranch dressing mix the only thing we could taste was salty onion. Skip the ranch and possibly the onion, and just mix some cider vinegar and black pepper to taste. I really wanted to like this and taste the apple...but all we tasted was crunchy salted onion.
