Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir chicken until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, about 5 minutes. saw this and decided to make into wraps.. added some ginger, red pepper and a splash of soy sauce

Followed the recipe as is, but doubled it. It was really good. It was quick and easy and my husband liked it. Will be cooking it a lot.
