Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chops and onion slices in a casserole dish. In a bowl mix together: vinegar, ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Pour mixture over chops. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
