Directions

  1. Place cucumbers into a salad bowl and combine with sour cream, green onion, dill, kosher salt, and pepper. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate salad for 30 minutes before serving.

My Grandma taught me to make this when I was a little kid, using the cucumbers and dill she grew in her own garden. Now when I make this, I use reduced fat sour cream in this salad. One of my favorite summer salads.
