  1. Mix cilantro, garlic, lime zest and juice, soy sauce, cumin, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Add tofu and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour to overnight. Remove tofu with a slotted spoon.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir marinated tofu until browned on all sides, 10 to 15 minutes.

Made this exactly as the recipe indicted and was very disappointed. It was spicy, but dry. It really needs a sauce. We tried dipping it in a honey ginger BBQ sauce.

I played around with this and added some teriyaki sauce--the amount of marinade didn't really cover the tofu, so I also added more lime and soy sauce. It turned out relatively well, but a bit t...
