  1. Put lamb, soy sauce, and onion in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix with hands to combine. Form lamb mixture into 4 patties.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook lamb patties until browned, 5 to 8 minutes on each side. An instant-read meat thermometer, inserted into the center of a patty, should read at least 145 degrees F (65 degrees C). Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.

Couldn't get any lamb last minute but it was super tasty with ground beef too! The soy sauce really gives it a nice kick! Super easy and will make many more times.

I chopped up fresh parsley and dill and added them to recipe. I used olive oil instead of avocado oil to iron skillet. Lamb burgers came out delicious and moist. In fact, they were better than...

Hubby and I loved these, they are very moist and I was suprized how much soy is a great flavor with lamb, hubby used blue cheese crumbles, mine was great with no cheese.
