  1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, picante sauce, taco seasoning, and garlic powder together in a small bowl until smooth. Stir olives, chilies, and Cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Spread about 1/2 cup of cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Roll each tortilla like a jelly roll; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight. Cut into 1-inch slices.

I had no expectations of liking this myself. However, I used a habernero flavored tortilla wrap, fresh salsa, green, red, and yellow pepper. Had no taco seasoning so I used some Chipotle Chili...

I've made these a few times for pitch-ins and they are always a hit! I also leave out the olives.

I omit the olives as I'm not a huge fan of them. I also add a little bit of cayenne pepper.
