“This is what Elvis would drink if he were alive and on a health kick! It's based off his love for the peanut butter and banana, but this has some substitutions and additions. Freeze the bananas the night before so that they take the place of the ice. If you add enough almond butter, this can taste exactly like banana bread. Or if you add chocolate or espresso, it tastes like bananas dipped in chocolate fondue. This can easily be a dessert smoothie!!” - by Alison

"This was much better than I expected. The key to this drink is the frozen sliced banana. It gives it that melted vanilla ice cream flavor. In my vitamix, I turned it to variable speed 10 and then abou..." See moret 45 seconds on high. I made a 1/2 a recipe and got one large serving. So, the actual recipe is 2 servings, and not 1, which explains the high calorie count. I have to agree with the other reviewer, that said this is filling. To me that is a good thing."
