  1. Separate or cut dough into 4 long rectangles (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal). Place bacon on center of each rectangle.
  2. In bowl, mix cheese and mayonnaise. Spoon cheese mixture over bacon; sprinkle with tomato. Fold short sides of dough to center of each rectangle; press edges to seal. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet; press short sides with fork to seal. Cut 2 slits on top.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F 12 to 15 minutes.

Because I saw that some reviewers had issues keeping the ingredients inside the crescents, I crumbled the bacon and chopped the tomato into smaller bits and folded them into the mayonnaise/chees...

I made these for a light, quick and easy lunch. We really enjoyed them. I loved the burst of flavor that the tomato gave. I would definitely make these again.
