"This shrimp dish has a great and powerful garlic flavor. It's perfect with pasta or with rice. You can even add juice from a lemon for that extra zing!"

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir minced garlic until lightly browned. Add shrimp; season with garlic salt and garlic powder. Pour lemon juice over shrimp. Continue to cook and stir until shrimp are bright pink on the outside and the meat is no longer transparent in the center, 5 to 10 minutes.

I'm torn w/how to rate this recipe. As written, it would be inedible, due to extreme saltiness. I used about 1/2 lb of shrimp, and adjusted the salt/powder to 1 TBSP each, knowing it was still...

As the other reviewers, by using teaspoons instead of tablespoons, this recipe is Awesome.

I left the salt and garlic powder out entirely. I use two tablespoons of minced garlic and have served it many times with rave reviews.

Changed the tablespoons to teaspoons and this was still too salty. Maybe will try again without the garlic salt.

i made this with penne pasta it was GREAT!! I use 3teaspoons instead of 3tablespoons
