Creamy Maple Dip For Sweet Potato Fries

"I got this super-easy recipe from a restaurant back in the 90s. It is a must-have whenever I serve sweet potato fries. Plain Greek yogurt and sugar-free syrup can be substituted to make it lighter. Feel free to adjust the amount of ingredients depending on your tastes. Hope you enjoy!"

Good. Weird, but good. Used this to dip sweet potato puffs in and it worked well.

Just what I was looking for---a restaurant always had this sweet, spiny dipping sauce with their sweet potato fries. I like to add a little hot sauce/cayenne to zing them up!

The guys didn't care for this too much, but I thought it was very good! I used Hellmann's light mayo and light maple syrup...very tasty...will make again! Thanks for sharing. :)
