Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix broccoli, corn, egg, salt, and pepper in a 3-quart casserole dish.
  3. Mix crushed crackers and butter together in a small bowl; sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until the crackers are golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.

Holy moly super good!!!! I did add some garlic powder and Cajun seasoning. It was so good

We liked this dish very much, I cut the recipe in half. I think when I make this again I will try using both cans of corn it wasn't corny enough for me.
