  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease or spray 15x10x1-inch pan.
  2. Unroll pizza dough in pan. Using an offset spatula, spread beans over crust, leaving 1-inch border around edges. Spread with enchilada sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with sour cream and salsa.

This was really great! The kids and the hubby all liked it. I didn't have any crescent rolls on hand so I used Flat Out Lavash bread that's in a big rectangle and it worked pretty well as a quic...

Added ground beef with taco seasoning, and it was okay but needed a little extra "kick"- will make again but will add some peppers or spices.

I don't like beans but this was excellent. Hubby liked it too. We love cheese though so added a lot more.

Yum, this is what I do when I have leftover taco meat from taco night. Adding the meat is the only difference.

Adding ground hamburger with taco seasoning really completes it!
