  1. Cut potatoes into 2-inch chunks and place in a large saucepan filled with water. Cover pan and bring to a boil. Cook 20 to 25 minutes until potatoes are soft.
  2. Drain potatoes and add remaining ingredients. Smash potatoes until well blended. Serve immediately.

I thought these were good!I wasnt crazy about the thyme but its personal taste. I will make them again. Thanks for the recipe.

Read reviews first and adjusted thyme to only 1/4 tsp., used 1.5 tsp. minced garlic in place of garlic salt, and the Paula Dean in me used 1/2 cup butter (shhh). They came out GREAT. All around ...
