  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Press 4 biscuits into 5-inch rounds on ungreased large cookie sheet. Top each with 2 slices cheese and 2 ounces ham.
  2. Press remaining 4 biscuits into 6-inch rounds; place over ham. Press edges with fork to seal. Beat egg and water with fork; brush over biscuits.
  3. Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each in half. Serve warm.

Great recipe - perfect for a quick lunch or snack! I swear you could put just about anything in a Grands! Biscuit and it'll turn out delicious. I sometimes use Swiss cheese or Cheddar instead of...

I made this as a quick breakfast "sandwich" for my husband and two boys. I used sliced sharp cheddar instead of American cheese. They seemed to like them, enough to where there were no leftovers...

The family was not all that impressed by these. One said they were too salty - one said they needed mustard and one had no comment.
