  2. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

Made these with white chocolate instead of semi-sweet for dipping. They were delicious - everyone asked for the recipe. This recipe wil be used ver and over again in my family!

These are really really yummy!

The cookie-cream cheese mixture is yummy but the dipping into chocolate part is difficult. I made a few dipped in chocolate and then the chocolate got too hot and thick and wouldn't melt correct...
