  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and baking soda in a bowl. Stir in bacon bits, butter, and egg until well blended. Fold corn flakes and Cheddar cheese into flour mixture. Drop spoonfuls of the dough 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 13 to 15 minutes.

This is a great recipe, I made it for my family and they loved it. A quick fix for people on the go for breakfast!

Taste is okay, but they completely flattened out to make one giant "cookie" on the cookie sheet. I made these to use up some cornflakes, I won't make them again.

yum! 2 kids and the husband loved them easy to make. i used real bacon not the bits and they turned out perfectly.
