"The only bad thing about these cookies is that it's impossible to eat just one or two. They are not too sweet, and the bacon adds the most amazing flavor. I have made these with all white flour, half white/half whole wheat, and all whole wheat flour, and all tasted wonderful."

When I came across this recipe I just had to make them. Had no clue what these would look or taste like. Surprisingly good. The cookies are not sweet and taste like granola with bacon. I made them with whole wheat flour and real bacon.

This is a great recipe, I made it for my family and they loved it. A quick fix for people on the go for breakfast!

Taste is okay, but they completely flattened out to make one giant "cookie" on the cookie sheet. I made these to use up some cornflakes, I won't make them again.
