Original recipe yields 1 9-inch pie

Directions

  1. In medium bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla until mixed well.
  3. Pour into crust. Chill 6 to 8 hours or until firm and then top with LUCKY LEAF Premium Strawberry Pie Filling, or cut pieces and spoon pie filling over each slice.

It reminds me of quick cheesecake spread that you find near the cookies in the refrigeration aisle. And I chose to eat it plain because I hate imitation products. Opt for fresh strawberries and a homemade strawberry syrup for your topping. Nice easy Recipe
