  1. Beat cream cheese in a bowl with an electric hand mixer until softened. Add hazelnut spread, milk, and cream sherry; continue beating until smoothly combined into a frosting.

It's really tasty but it tastes primarily like cream cheese. I ended up using a whole jar of hazelnut spread which was way more than one cup but it still tasted strongly of cream cheese. It did taste good, just not what I was expecting.
