  1. Bring quinoa, water, and apple juice to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low and add cinnamon. Cover and simmer quinoa for 10 minutes. Stir apples into the quinoa; continue simmering until the liquid is absorbed and quinoa is tender about 10 more minutes. Drizzle with agave nectar to serve.

I'm always looking for new ways to use healthy quinoa and love this one for breakfast. I substituted the calories from the apple juice for brown sugar:) I used all water to make quinoa and 2 tsp...

It was missing something - a little plain. I think the adding of some half and half could help.

Not great, but not bad, might be better with maple syrup on top.
