  1. Mix whipped topping, pineapple with juice, pudding mix, marshmallows, and coconut together in a bowl. Refrigerate for flavors to blend and mixture to set, 1 hour.
  2. Fold mandarin oranges and fruit cocktail into the whipped topping mixture. Garnish with cherries. Serve immediately or set longer in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Delish! .... but To my taste there was too much fluff and not enough fruit. So instead of 16oz cool whip I'll use an 8oz tub and cut the marshmallow by half. Otherwise it's great. The pudding do...

So yummy. My boyfriend asked for his grandma's ambrosia salad but I one upped her with this one. Easy and delish.

The ambrosia was a hit at my church picnic! It reminded me of my great Aunt Dorothy's ambrosia I had as a kid. Love it!

LOVE THIS RECIPE. IT'S QUICK AND EASY AND NICE AND LIGHT FOR THOSE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT HAVE A LIGHT DESSERT.
