  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray 8-inch (20 cm) baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon in 2 cups stuffing, then top with turkey.
  2. Combine 1/4 cup (50 mL) Hellmann's(R) Half the Fat mayonnaise-type dressing with cranberry sauce; evenly spread over turkey.
  3. Combine remaining 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise-type dressing, potatoes and cheese in large bowl. Evenly spread on turkey, then top with remaining 2 cups (500 mL) stuffing.
  4. Bake 40 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish, if desired, with dried cranberries.

This was so so, I really wanted to like it, they advertised the heck out of this recipe around here on the radio, but I think it needs less mayo. If you are a mayo fan then maybe this is for yo...

I thought this would taste like a plate of Thanksgiving leftovers. The mayo really adds something, we all loved it! I only had a few spoonfuls of potatoes so I used the leftover green bean casse...

Excellent use of Thanksgiving leftovers. I didn't have the cranberry sauce but it still turned out great!
