Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Combine Hellmanns(R) Half the Fat Olive Oil mayonnaise-type dressing, cranberries and orange peel in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with stuffing crumbs.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

This was ok...I added a little chicken broth to the bottom of the pan and covered the dish until the last 5 minutes so that it wasnt dried out. I think the chicken would taste better on a salad rather than by itself.

Very delicious! Although I skipped the dried cranberries since my husband hates cranberries, and used about 2 tbsp of orange zest to give it a more orange filled flavor.

I used cranberry sauce instead of the cranberries. my family liked it much better.
