I didn't like the way the dressing thinned out from the liquid from the cucumber. I would sprinkle the cucumber slices with salt and let them sit on a paper towel for a little while to draw out...

THIS IS PERFECT!!!! OMG, so glad I used this recipe! Only thing I changed was I added a little more vinegar. LOVED IT!!!! Thank you for posting this recipe ! I saved it for future reference !...
