  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Sift together the flour, sugar and baking soda. Stir in the eggs, pineapple and vanilla, mixing until blended. Fold in pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

WOW this was Great! I thought this cake was better after it was in the fridge for several hours and it was heated it in the microwave for 20 seconds and served with a scoop of ice cream! YUM!

This was a big hit with our family. We had it with cool whip on top. It made a delicious and moist Summer time treat. I have had all kinds of requests for the recipe.

This recipe had absolutely no taste; as if an ingredient was missing.
