This was fantastic! Mild curry flavor that is balanced perfectly with the nuts and raisins. I used regular raisins since I didn't have golden raisins. Family loved it!
The recipe is good, especially when you ran out of healthy ground beef recipes, but next time I would add 1 more teaspoon of salt and maybe reduce oats and milk to get more meaty taste.
Fantastic recipe despite the fact that I made some small changes. Used bread instead of oats. Doubled curry powder to make it more curry taste.
This was quite tasty and unique. I followed the recipe and it turned out beautiful and my family loved it too! We all loved the curry. Will definitely make it again!
I made it as written except I left out the raisins. It had good flavor but it was too dry.
