Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Melt Saute Express® squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
  3. Add shrimp.
  4. Saute 5-7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil; stir until coated and heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

It's easy and quick. Used already cooked shrimp, just din't saute it as long before adding other ingredients. Turned out great!

My daughter in law made this at my house and it was full of flavor! We all loved it and I'm thinking this might even taste good with chicken instead of the shrimp, although this was a great meal as is!
