  1. Mix flour, eggs and milk in a blender until smooth. Let sit for 1 hour, then put butter in a casserole dish and melt. Add batter.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  3. Bake pudding for 20 minutes in preheated oven, then lower temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for another 15 minutes. When golden, cut up and serve.

I cut the recipe down for 3 ppl, maybe that was the problem. I even added pan drippings and it just wasn't what I expected. Will try half the flour next time like other recipes call for and les...

Not very good at all. Tasted too salty and milky. Yuck.
