Directions
- Mash bananas and brown sugar together in a bowl. Transfer to a small saucepan, place over medium heat, and cook until bananas begin to brown, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually mix 1 cup milk into bananas and heat until mixture begins to steam. Stir honey and cinnamon into mixture until honey has dissolved.
- Pour banana mixture into a blender no more than half full. Cover and hold lid down; pulse a few times before leaving on to blend. Puree until smooth. Blend remaining 1/2 cup milk into mixture until creamy.

"I don't know if the recipe submitter had an issue blending hot liquid in his/her blender but I did. Even half full, it tried to spew all over my kitchen. What I was able to salvage was tasty. Differen..." See moret, but tasty. It's like drinking liquidy banana bread. NOTE: For those who want to blend this, maybe cooking the banana/brown sugar mixture, then blending it with cold milk and warming it after it's blended might be a smarter way to go."

"Delicious! I added about double the cinnamon and brown sugar, and I used molasses instead of honey. It still came out great! Overall, I would just add a bit more spices:)..." See more"

"I really like this recipe! I cut it in half and used a banana I had in the freezer (softened a bit in microwave before mixing with brown sugar and browning on stove). It did just fine...even with skim..." See more milk. No problems with the blender spewing everywhere either. This would make a very good after dinner drink to take the place of a dessert or to satisfy that late night craving."
