  1. Stir lean ground beef, water, tomato sauce, chili seasoning mix, yellow mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder together in a large saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring often. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until ground beef is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.

This is the BEST coney sauce that's ever come out of my kitchen! Even my "coney connoisseur" husband loved it!

didn't really care for it ,no kick ,was looking for a A&W knock off and this wasn't close. ok for those who like things simple.

So simple and very good! Will definitely make again. I used generic chili seasoning packet and we thought the sauce had great flavor!
