Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Stir seasoned salt into crackers in a bowl. Pour ranch dressing in a separate bowl. Dip chicken chunks into ranch dressing and press into cracker mixture until coated. Spread chicken in prepared baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes.

"My oldest boy likes to make this for dinner once a month when Mom's working late. I taught him to add more spices to the cracker mixture (onion powder, garlic powder, fresh ground black pepper, italia..." See moren seasoning mix) but other than that he sticks to the recipe. This also works with adding dry ranch dressing mix to the cracker mixture and dipping the chicken in either melted butter or egg wash. Automatic kid pleaser."
