Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 2 9x5-inch loaf pans with cooking spray.
- Mix cake mix, pecans, bananas, water, vegetable oil, pudding mix, and eggs together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until evenly blended. Pour half the batter into each of the prepared loaf pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the middle of each loaf comes out clean, about 45 minutes.

"I love this recipe. It's so easy. I read reviews and added another banana for more banana taste. I, also, used banana creme pudding instead of vanilla. I used thinly sliced almonds instead of pecan..." See mores because that is what I had on hand. Oh my gosh!! My grandchildren were thrilled to wake up Saturday morning with this amazing smell wafting through the house. I would think many different cake mixes, fruits, and puddings could be substituted...mmmmmm pumpkin added instead of bananas. It could be endless depending on one's imagination."
