Creamy artichoke dip that tastes great with sliced baguettes or hearty crackers. Mix in a food processor before baking if you don't want larger chunks of artichoke.

Based on a 2,000 calorie diet


  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
  2. Mix 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper together in a stand mixer; pour into an 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese over the top of the mixture.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and golden brown on top, about 25 minutes.

I added 1 10oz pkg of frozen spinach, some cayenne pepper, and chilli powder to give it an extra kick. I also used my food processor instead of my mixer for a smoother finish. I followed cehinksman's advice and cranked the over to 350 for 35. I'll definitely do this one again.


To this recipe I added 1 large clove of garlic and it was delicious! Loved by all. I did have to bake it for about 35 minutes though at 350oF before is started to brown on the edges.
