This is a colorful Christmassy cheese ball that my mother used to make in the 1960's. My whole family loves it as well as the teachers at my school.

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl using your hands. Add green bell pepper, onion, pimento peppers, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and salt; mix well. Shape mixture into a ball and place in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

This is good! I do feel like it was missing something, but not exactly sure what...This came together super quick. I sprinkled a little parsley on top for some extra color. I would make this again! Thanks for sharing. :)
