  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. Mix together in a bowl, cooked egg noodles, butter and eggs. Stir until all is blended; season as desired. Pour in 2 9x9 inch baking pans. Bake for one hour.

Use my own recipe of egg noodles. I have made kugel many times before.....IT must be said this is a dish you CAN NOT over cook. IF your oven runs hot, reduce cooking time by 5 minutes. Melt the ...

I added a buch of cheddar cheese, a little mozzarella cheese, and a little parmesan cheese, then I added some very small cut up chicken breast pieces(cooked). It was delicious!

Finally the simple Kugel recipe I remeber from my childhood!!!!!!!!!!!! Seasoning is the key...and this is the recipe I've been searching for! Thanks
