Wonderful - not to mention a nice departure from the regular breakfast sandwich! I opted to roast my asparagus in the oven at 400 for ten minutes drizzled with a little garlic-infused olive oil. When it was done I then wrapped it with the proscuitto. I added a little sliced tomato for some additional color and flavor. This was so good served with fresh fruit and a hot cup of tea!
