THIS IS A GREAT CHEESE BALL! IF USING DRIED BEEF IN THE JAR, RINSE AND DRY THE BEEF BEFORE MIXING INTO CREAM CHEESE. THIS HELPS CUT DOWN THE SALT!! THE BEST!!
