Original recipe yields 3 dozen biscotti

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients until a dough is formed.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll into logs.
  3. Place onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Gently flatten the logs to one inch thick and three inches wide.
  5. Bake 325 degrees F for about 25 min or until firm.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes, slice and re-bake for 15 minutes to dry out.
  7. Allow to cool completely.
