“Greek-inspired, this is for leek and lemon lovers everywhere. A tasty, full-of-flavor side to accompany a myriad of main dishes. Complements fried and/or grilled fish to a 'T.' Can use some of the tender green parts if necessary.”

This was a very nice side dish. So simple and yet, lots of flavor. I will definitely be making this one again.

Lovely recipe. I had 4 smaller leeks and it came up 1lb. It was a little sour for me so I added just a touch of agave. My teenage boys even liked it. Thanks Don for another keeper!
