Directions

  1. Place avocado cubes in a bowl.
  2. Whisk olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; mix in feta cheese. Pour dressing over avocado cubes; toss to coat.

The dressing is quite good, although I would suggest omitting the salt since the feta is salty. It can be added at at the table if needed. I would like another flavor or crunchy element too. Maybe some sliced red onion. I'll play with it and report back.

I love this dressing! I would make this dressing for ANY salad! I love the avocado and feta together! I added thinly slivered red onion! LOVE this salad and I will make again!

I didn’t have any lime juice so I just doubled up on the lemon juice and it was fabulous!
