  1. Whisk together cola, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, horseradish, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl and pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add steak, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  3. Remove steak from resealable bag and discard remaining marinade.
  4. Cook steak on the preheated grill to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).

My family thought this added a nice flavor to the steak. I don't usually eat red meat but had a few bites to try it. The steak was very moist and tender. I didn't have time to marinate for 24 h...

This marinade was perfect for our steaks. Adds just the right amount of flavor.

I made this for a group at a football party and everyone seemed to enjoy it. It was incredibly easy!

I only made this once, but when I did, boy was it good! I can't say its the best steak marinade I have ever had but it sure is tasty. The hubby loves it!
